Product & Design Quality - Any time you do a promotional item with a logo there's a concern about the reproduction quality. You want the reproduction to be clear and color true. First, the reproduction was amazing!! Sharp and clear down to the smallest of details in our logo. Second, the colors were spot on accurate. Again, just amazing. I couldn't be happier with the product. Also, while 'just' keychains, they are well built. I suspect they'll last a long time for people. Lastly, and very important, for the quality of the product and the quality of reproduction, it was still the least expensive company I found. There were less expensive options of keyrings. But, the hard plastic with our logo inside was just what I was looking for. BK beat everyone's price by 30-50%! Finally, the reaction by the people receiving the keychains has been extremely positive. We used it for our neighborhood association. Everyone wanted one. Plus, because of the price, we're able to make a nice profit on sales. We'll be re-ordering soon.

When I questioned customer service about combining into a single shipment, she said that was not possible because the items would be produced at two different locations. When I got the shipments, not only did they come from the same location, but the package tracking numbers were sequential. That means they arrived on the shipping desk at the exact same time in the exact same place. That costs both of us, and disappoints me that there is not a solution for this.
