Product & Design Quality -Logo fit perfectly, I worked back and forth with support to ensure the placement was what we wanted and it turned out great. The product came individually wrapped as did the battery inside the flashlight, we had to unwrap those to have them turn on, but they all worked properly when do so.
Customer Service & Shipping - Absolutely one of the best customer service teams I've ever worked with. I called on a Saturday before placing my order because I was concerned with shipping times, the representative talked me through my order and a timeline that worked for us. I also used the chat support from the website to check in during the week to make sure everything was on time and both instances the representative was able to immediately check and update me on the status of my order. All staff and processes were extremely well managed and we received our order as estimated on time.
